For the 2nd target: Deals (135% of Attack) damage and sows seeds, which will sprout in 1 round and Twineseeds, which will sprout in 2 rounds and Twine the target for 2 rounds.

Seed: Skill effect. Once the seed sprouts, it will Twine the target.

Twine: Control effect. Heroes being Twined are unable to release their active skill, basic attack, extra attack, or counterattack.
Lv.2 Active skill: Oberon summons vines to attack 3 random enemies. For the 1st target: Deals (145% of Attack) damage and Twines it for 2 rounds. Natural Manipulation Idle Heroes
Lv.1 Passive skill: Whenever an enemy is Twined, restores self (50% of Attack) HP, increases self 5% of Attack for 6 rounds, and Poisons 3 random enemies, dealing (80% of Attack) damage for 3 rounds.
